Any parent who has experienced the stillbirth of their baby is welcome to apply for support.

To be eligible, your baby must have been at least 24 weeks gestational age.

Yes, a death certificate is required as part of the application process.

Depending on your state, this may be called a Fetal Death Certificate or a Certification of Vital Record – Birth Resulting in Stillbirth. This official document is typically issued by the state where the stillbirth occurred.

Once your application is complete and approved, the FlutterBy IzzyJane Foundation will mail you a check directly.

Donations go directly toward helping families with funeral costs, burial or cremation services, and headstones.

Bracelets are typically delivered within 7–10 business days.
